Data on Cerenkov bursts of Extensive Air Showers indicate that the radio and X-ray source Cyg X-3 is also a source of gamma quanta of energies exceeding 2 x 10 to the 12th eV. The three-year mean flux of gamma quanta is found to be 0.85 plus or minus 0.26% of the cosmic ray background which corresponds to a flux of 3 x 10 to the -11th quanta/sq cm/s. The gamma radiation appears to consist of two components: a periodic component with a period T = 0.199682 or a multiple and a sporadic component which is observed every few days.
