A simulation of pulsar emission within a model of sparks operating on
the polar cap is presented. The observed correlations between the
simultaneous measurements of time of arrivals of strong subpulses at two
frequencies are discussed and the dependence of pulse profile
characteristics on the observing geometry is examined.
