In the third paragraph of AJ, 128, 1273 (2004), the reported form of the polynomial expression for MV for the main sequence, MV,MS(B-V), is not that used in the rest of the paper. The fit used is actually a ninth-order polynomial in B-V with coefficients {1.11255, 5.79062, -16.76829, 76.47777, -140.08488, 127.38044, -49.71805, -8.24265, 14.07945, -3.43155}. This fit differs by no more than 0.2 mag from the published fit when 0
The position of the main sequence in Figures 1 and 2 is also slightly different from the one used in the rest of the paper. Corrected versions appear here.
These changes have no effect on the other figures, arguments, or conclusions in the paper.
I thank Gregory W. Henry for calling these errors to my attention.
