Corundum and hibonite are refractory phases predicted to condense from a gas of solar composition (Grossman, 1972). In addition, corundum is also predicted to condense in stellar atmospheres both under C>O and C 10^-5 are more abundant in the small grain size fraction of this study (76%) than in the larger grain size fraction (60%).
