FGS CHARACTERIZATION The primary goal of this proposal is to calibrate the scale in the central region of the astrometer FGS. For cycle 2, one target will be observed at 3 different positions. This is essential for supporting GO and GTO observations of double stars. This proposal incorporates, but does not replace, parts of STAT SV proposals AST-SV-02, AST-SV-04, and AST-SV-05.
