Galaxies:Power Spectrum, Galaxy Clustering
Scientific paper
The power spectrum estimator in term of the discrete wavelet transformation (DWT) of density field is applied to analyze the clustering power in the Las Campanas Redshift Survey (LCRS). The error analysis using simulations, and the best-fitting to three typical CDM models using the non-linear power spectrum including the redshift distortion effect are presented.
