The Gnevyshev-Ol' rule, that an even 11-year solar cycle determines the
succeeding odd 11-year cycle, deduced from Wolf's relative numbers,
satisfies also other indices of sunspot activity, such as the sunspot
area, the number of larger sunspot groups, number of high-latitude
sunspot groups etc.
