A study based on the realization of a Capacitance Switch Array (CSA), usable on a Digitally Temperature Compensated Crystal Osillator (DTCXO) is presented. An original design method of the CSA was proposed, and a prototype and an experimental DTCXO using the CSA was realized. The design of the CSA and the results obtained with the DTXCO are presented. The firt prototype has a frequency stability of +/- 2.2 times 10 to the minus 7th power within the range of temperature 0 to 80 C, with a power consumption of 25 mW and a supply voltage of 5V.
