Acceleration Of Particles, Stars: Individual: Grs 1915+105

Scientific paper

We consider the origins of the relativistic ejections by GRS 1915+105
and show that both the energetics and bulk Lorentz factor are consistent
with radiation pressure acceleration of pair plasmoids. A scenario for
the formation and ejection of the pairs is discussed.
