The results of a CO survey in central cluster galaxies with cooling flows are presented. From X-ray data, these clusters have high mass deposition rates. But the residual of the flows is not found as newly formed stars. It might be visible in the form of cold molecular gas. We have detected, with the IRAM 30m telescope, CO emission lines in 6 among 36 central cluster galaxies. Comparison to X-ray luminosity and gas/dust ratio, could be interpreted as evidence of the detection of the cold component in cooling flows, but problems remain. Comparison with Hα luminosity and with identified radio sources could also give clues to possible re-heating scenarios. So the cold gas study appear to be a new way to probe cooling flows.
