We investigated the generation of magnetic field seeds during the cosmological reionisation by early emitting sources. In such a context, the combined effect of multiple sources and of inhomogeneous absorption gives birth to an anisotropic and inhomogeneous radiation propagating through the medium. Given this framework, I will show that a spatial charge separation, due to differential drag on ions and electrons, generates magnetic fields with amplitudes large enough, on galactic scales, to serve as suitable seeds for subsequent amplification up to the observed values. Then, considering the linear regime, I will derive the relation between the power spectrum of the generated field and the one of the ionising flux. The major result obtained is that the magnetic field is preferably created on large scales, such as galactic or cluster scales.
