The differential distribution of 63 gamma-burst sources with respect to
galactic latitude bII (lII ranging from 0 to 360 deg) is examined.
Consideration is also given to the gamma burst of June 13, 1979 observed
by the Venera 11 and Venera 12 spacecraft, which is called the shortest
(47 ms) gamma burst ever reported.
