Small seasonal changes are noted in the two sets of B and V observations obtained in 1967 and 1981 for the W UMa-type binary system TY UMa, and its period is also found to vary. The Wilson (1977) computer programs are used to derive the solutions of seasonal light curves, and the photometric disturbances are analyzed. By means of a least squares fitting of a parabola to the observations at approximately the bottom of the minima, eleven epochs are computed.
