An analytical solution of the equation of small disturbances in an isothermal atmosphere with stratified heat exchange is found. Reflection and transmission coefficients of acoustic gravity waves from the zone of interaction with temperature waves are deduced. Optically thick and thin disturbances are considered. The effect of heat exchange stratification on the five-minute oscillations and granulation in the solar atmosphere is discussed.
