The dependences of the magnitude m0 of the statistically
brightest QSOs and QSGs on their lg z are constructed. The slope of the
diagram for QSOs is 2.2. The QSGs' magnitude drops quickly to
≡17m at z ≅ 0.3 and remains nearly constant at
larger z.
