The all-sky SMAC survey of 700 early-type galaxies in 60 clusters within
12000 km/s is now complete. I will discuss some preliminary results from
this survey, in particular the bulk motion of this sample with respect
to the Cosmic Microwave Background and the implications of this motion
for popular cosmogonies.
