In the paper ``A Generalized Model for the Proton Expansion in Astrophysical Winds. II. The Associated Set of Transport Equations'' by François LeBlanc and Daniel Hubert (ApJ, 501, 375 [1998]), there is an error in the first paragraph of the second section (§ 2.1). The first equation, C^p_s = 1/m_s V f_s(r,v,t)C^p_sdc_s, (1) is wrong. The fraction 1/m_s should be replaced by 1/n_s. So corrected, this equation is C^p_s 1/n_s V f_s(r,v,t)C^p_sdc_s.
