(ApJ, 501, 82 [1998]), a typesetting error resulted in columns (2) and (5) of Table 5 and column (4) of Table 7 having incorrect entries. The corrected tables are reproduced below in their entirety. The Press apologizes for any inconvenience that might have been caused by this error.
