A new program developed for the plate index data pipe line reduction is described. It is a part of the WFPDB (http://www.skyarchive.org). The program is in development stage and is based on the WCSTools (http://tdcwww.harvard.edu/software/wcstools/). It currently converts coordinates from arbitrary year into J2000 and works with the WFPDB maindata format. The program has intuitive graphic user interface (GUI) as well as console version and can be used for automating the plate index data pipe line reduction.
