We describe a new analysis of large-zenith-angle (LZA) data from the Crab Nebula and the Galactic Center region obtained with the Whipple 10m gamma-ray telescope. A new result for the Crab nebula spectrum, along with constraints on the spectrum of the Galactic Center data is presented. Our new technique includes scaling laws that allow the analysis of data taken at a range of zenith angles and with a variety of camera configurations. The increase in effective area at large zenith angles has been suggested as a means of extening the energy reach of spectral measurements. We describe the utility of this technique for spectral measurements over a very large dynamic range, and for the analysis of southern sources (like the Galactic Center) that transit at LZA.
