The parameters P, Q of galactic rotation, corrections Δn, Δk to the IAU (1976) precessional quantities, and the equatorial rectangular velocity components X, Y, Z, of the solar motion were determined on the basis of 512 distant FK4 and Fk4 Sup stars. The analysis was made in the system of the FK5; in particular the proper motions were based on the IAU (1976) System of Astronomical Constants, and the fictitious motion of the FK4 equinox and the regional errors of the FK4 proper motions were eliminated. Individual corrections FK5 - FK4 were applied to the 371 FK4 stars in the data set. The Oort-Lindblad model of galactic rotation was adopted. The derived parameters agree, within their mean errors, with previous determinations carried out by Fricke (1967) using FK4 based proper motions of the same stars.
