In order to determine dispersion solutions for all STIS CCD and MAMA gratings, deep engineering wavelength calibrations were obtained as part of the ground system testing, the Servicing Mission Orbital Verification-2 (SMOV2) and the Cycle 7 calibration program. Wavelength centers were selected at extreme and central prime mode settings for each grating. Several intermediate settings were also taken to check the reliability of derived dispersion solutions. WAVECALs were taken using the Pt/Cr-Ne (CIM) line lamp and the appropriate 2 pixel wide supported slit. We discuss the analysis of these observations with STIS and the resulting accuracies available from pipeline processing as well as additional post-pipeline processing.
