We have not fully understood the energy budget in the Milky way galaxy. In particular, origin of the cosmic ray and the Galactic ridge X-ray emission (GRXE) are not fully resolved. Non-thermal Supernova remnants (SNRs) are considered to play essential role to accelerate cosmic rays and energize GRXE, while only handful of them have been discovered. We propose to observe three non-thermal SNR candidates discovered in the ASCA Galactic plane survey campaign. With XMM, we can unambiguously determine the energy spectra of the diffuse component by resolving the point sources, and determine the morphology of SNR precisely.
