Series of optical spectra of the binary system WR 141 (WN6+0) have been obtained at the Observatorio Astronomico Nacional at San Pedro Martir in 1992 and 1993. Comparison with previous data leads to a refined estimate of the orbital period. The observed variations of the line profiles, especially of He II (lambda)4686 A suggests the presence of wind-wind collision effects.
