For three new classes of ellipsoidal K III, K IV, and K V models, an asymptotic limit transition to disk-shaped ellisoids is considered. As a result, three sequences of self-consistent thin disks of finite radius with a square-law potential are constructed. An analysis of the dynamics of the disks and of stellar motions within the disks is performed, with disk thickness taken into account. Distribution phase functions as well as asymptotic expressions for all disk parameters are derived. The regions of existence of all three ellipsoidal models on the (a2/a1, a3/a1) plane are determined.
