The merging of a galaxy with a giant E galaxy is accompanied by the capture of globular clusters (GCs). The properties of the captured GC are determined by means of the manifold application of the restricted three-body problem. The spatial distribution of captured GCs, the globular cluster system's density projected onto the motion plane of the merged galaxy, eccentricities of orbits, mean velocities, and velocity dispersion of the captured GC are calculated. The dependence of the results on the parameters used is discussed. The density profiles obtained are similar to those observed for the two giant E galaxies (M 87 and NGC 3311). The velocity dispersion of GCs captured as a result of the merging of a galaxy comprising 1 percent of the mass of a giant E galaxy is found to be close to that observed in M 87.
