On the basis of eyewitness observations of the fall of the Sterlitamak meteorite (May 17, 1990, phi = +53 deg 36 arcmin, lambda = 55 deg 36 arcmin), the coordinates of the apparent radiant are calculated and corrected for the effect of zenithal attraction. The coordinates of the geocentric radiant are 199.5 and 4.9 deg (Virgo constellation). Under the assumption that this iron meteorite was a fragment of an Apollo-type asteroid, two variants of the orbital elements are computed. The preatmospheric velocity was estimated at 14.5 km/s. In this case the initial body mass is 10-12 tons, and the terminal mass was about 1800 kg.
