Relativistic positioning systems are the best realizations of coordinate
systems conceived up to now. We present here their basic properties and
the way to make possible the use of Galileo constellation of satellites
as a primary and autonomous relativistic positioning system for the
Earth and its vicinity (SYPOR project).
