154 spectrograms of the NGC 1275 galaxy nucleus were obtained for 83 dates from 1972 to 1982. The observations were carried out in the spectral region near Hβ and [O III] λλ4959, 5007 (N2 and N1) lines. The equivalent widths of W(Hβ) and W(N1+N2) with the accuracy of about ±20% were determined. It is found that their variations appeared synchronously in a wide range and with nearly identical amplitudes ΔW/W. Joint consideration of W(Hβ) and W(N1+N2), on one hand, and of the results of photoelectric observations in the V system on the other hand lead to the conclusion on constancy of the radiation flux in Hβ and [O III] lines and large dimension (>3 pc) of the regions where both lines originate.
