We report on Swift Ultraviolet/Optical Telescope (UVOT) and X- Ray Telescope (XRT) observations of SN 2006bp (cf. CBET #470) obtained on Apr. 10.54 UT. We confirm the detection of a new object at R.A. = 11h53m55s.70, Decl. = +52o21'10".4 (equinox 2000.0) as compared to Digitized Sky Survey images, consistent with the position reported by Nakano on CBET #470, with UVOT magnitudes V = 15.5, B = 15.8, U = 14.7, UVW1 [181-321 nm] = 14.8, UVM2 [166-268 nm] 15.2, and UVW2 [112-264 nm] = 14.9.
