The problem of improvement of the analytical theory of an artificial earth satellite's motion is considered using the intermediate orbit based on the generalized two fixed centers problem and taking into account the influence of the second and the third zonal harmonics in the expansion of the earth's attraction potential. For the perturbing function caused by the sun's and moon's attraction, and expansion has been obtained with the terms taken into account which are proportional to the coefficients of the second and the third zonal harmonics in the expansion of the geopotential. The final formulae have been reduced to a form suitable for a computer program.
