Observations of the H II regions Sh 205, 206, 209 and the dust cloud L 1407 have been carried out at four frequencies of decametric waveband between 14.7 - 25 MHz. The physical parameters of the nebulae obtained in the paper show a decrease of the electron temperature from the center to the periphery of Sh 206, 209. The average volume density of the nonthermal emission in the interstellar medium is ≡22K/pc in the local galactic arm, ≡3.5K/pc in the interarm region and ≈18K/pc in the Perseus arm. The absorption of the radio emission in the direction of L 1407 arises probably in the H II layer that has been created by a B0 III star. If the absorption is not related to the H II layer, then the degree of ionization and the electron density in L 1407 are ≥2×10-5 and ≥0.1 cm-3 respectively.
