The three-dimensional propagation properties of flare-associated shock wave have been studied with the IPS data of 43 flare events (importance ⪆2) during the period 1975 - 1982. In this paper the dynamical effects of the shock wave propagation have been considered based on the blast wave model propagating in the moving medium with variable density. The results show that the propagation of the flare-shock wave is anisotropic. The propagating properties of the flare-associated interplanetary shock wave obtained in this paper are consistent with the statistical investigations of many spacecraft measurements.
