Presented here are observations of the 21-cm line emission from neutral atomic hydrogen lying in the disk of our Galaxy, made with the 140-foot telescope of the National Radio Astronomy Observatory at Green Bank. The material covers the longitude range accessible at δ > -46° between latitudes b = -20° and +20°; in some regions the upper latitude limit extends to b = +33°. The sampling interval - one degree in both l and b - determines the effective angular resolution of the survey. The kinematic resolution is 1 km s-1 over a bandwidth of 500 km s-1. The 3 σ noise level in the antenna temperatures is typically 0.2K. The observations are displayed in two sets of contour maps, one set giving cross sections through the data cube in longitude, velocity coordinates at constant latitudes, the other set giving cross sections in latitude, velocity coordinates at constant longitudes.
