In the paper "The Case Low-Dispersion Northern Sky Survey. XII. A Region
in Southern Canes Venatici" by Peter Pesch, N..Sanduleak, and C. B.
Stephenson (ApJS, 76,1043(1991]), the finding chart (Fig. 4, Pl. [43])
for CG 1064 has the wrong object marked. CG 1064 is the bright galaxy
due west of the object marked.
