Stars: {Delta} Sct, Stars: Individual 57 Tau, 58 Tau, Open Clusters: Hyades

The δ Scuti type stars 57 Tau and 58 Tau were simultaneously monitored during a ten-day run in 1989 at the Xinglong Station of Beijing Astronomical Observatory. The photoelectric photometry confirmed that there were detectable short-period light variations for both stars. Two frequencies were detected for 57 Tau, including the corresponding oscillation period given before. Meanwhile, two frequency peaks were distinguished for 58 Tau. Both stars belong to the Hyades open cluster, showing different evolution states and oscillating behaviours.
