INTEGRAL is detecting new, highly absorbed, transient sources that are unaccessible to RXTE/ASM detections. A clear assessment of the nature of these transients has not been gathered yet. These might be hard X-ray transients, systems similar to CI Cam or highly absorbed soft X-ray transients hosting a neutron star or a black hole. The present proposal aims at exploring in detail the nature of INTEGRAL transients. The HETG spectral resolution and ACIS-I superb image quality make this program unique for studying in detail the iron line complex and the presence of jets in these sources. We require the observations of two INTEGRAL transients with a monitoring program to follow them from outburst to quiescence.
