In Figure 3, the values of Γ-12 for the points at z=2.4, 3.0, and 3.9 were computed assuming a model with Ωm=0.3 rather than the Ωm=0.4 model discussed in the text. In an Ωm=0.4 model, Γ-12 would be smaller by a factor (0.3/0.4)1/2=0.87. The points were computed using the numbers given for ωB by McDonald et al. (2001), whereωB≡ΩBh2[(Ωmh20.3×0.652)1/2Γ-12]-1/2.(1)These values of ωB were later found to be in error by a factor 0.65-1/4 (McDonald et al. 2001, erratum [2003]), which, when corrected for, leads to a factor 0.65-1/2=1.24 increase in our inferred values of Γ-12. After both of these corrections, the values of Γ-12 for z<4 in our Figure 3 increase by a factor 1.07 to Γ-12=(0.698+/-0.096,0.518+/-0.083,0.380+/-0.045) at z=(2.4,3.0,3.9). The rest of the Letter is unaffected, including the points at z>4 in Figure 3.
