Scientific paper

UBVRI multiaperture photometry of the spiral galaxies NGC 3347, NGC
3354, and NGC 3358 is presented. The variability hypothesis for NGC 3347
suggested by Dottori is discussed. The authors conclude that NGC 3347 is
not a variable spiral galaxy.
