A new method for computation of perturbations in motion of satellites with large eccentricities is described. On the basis of this method the expansion of satellite disturbing function is obtained in the form of fastly converging trigonometric series. Possibilities to integrate analytically the Lagrange perturbing equations with such an expansion of disturbing function in the linear approximation are shown. It allows us to compute the perturbations of the first order in the satellite motion both from oblateness of the primary body and from external bodies.
