High-resolution observations at 5 GHz show that the head of the head-tail radio source PKS 2247 + 11 is resolved into two components; one is coincident with the nucleus of the E Galaxy NGC 7385, and the other, which is on the opposite side to the tail, appears to be associated with a blue knot (B magnitude of 21.2 + or - 0.4). The spectrum of this knot has faint emission lines of forbidden O II, forbidden O III, and H-beta. The continuum is flat in the region 3700-5500 A. The emission lines are redshifted by a factor of 0.0270, which is compatible with membership in the Cluster Zw 2247.3 + 11.07 and is within 330 km/s of the radial velocity of NGC 7385. The absolute magnitude of the blue knot and its orientation with respect to the structure in the radio source have some similarity to those found for knots in the jet in M87.
