No 6-cm continuum radio emission above 2 mJy has been detected in a small-diameter radio component in 15 selected, nearby dwarf galaxies chosen from the DDO catalog. The results are consistent with the radio luminosity function of galaxies derived for much brighter spirals and ellipticals. An upper limit of 1/1000 of the (less than 100 pc) source at the galactic center is found for a nuclear component for several dwarf galaxies.
