An analysis is carried out of the stationary distribution of stars near such objects as a black hole or a supermassive star situated at the center of a spherically symmetric star cluster. The flow of stars within the tidal radius is determined on the basis of a two-dimensional Fokker-Planck equation, without using any additional assumptions on the form of the distribution function. Some astrophysical consequences of the stellar distribution obtained are examined. In particular, it is shown that in a globular cluster with an X-ray burst source (possibly a massive black hole with a mass of 100-1000 times the solar mass) the excess star density would not be large enough to indicate the presence of a black hole.
