We performed a re-analysis of all consolidated data of the INTEGRAL AO-3 Galactic Bulge monitoring program (ATel #438; Kuulkers et al. 2006, astro-ph/0603130), and detected a new source with IBIS/ISGRI, which we designate IGR J17354-3255. It was detected in two consecutive 1800 sec pointings from 21 Apr 2006 04:27 to 05:29 (UT) at RA, Dec (J2000.0) = 17h 35m 25s, -32o 55' 18", with a statistical error radius of 4' (90% confidence).
