A new spectrum of Jupiter between 800 and 1000 cm to the negative first
power, obtained in January 1977 at Mauna Kea Observatory, is presented.
The resolution is 1.5 cm to the negative first power. In addition to the
14-NH3 absorption bands, the PH3 molecule is identified. The
identification of 15-NH3 still needs to be confirmed.
