Scientific paper

A survey with limited (u, v) plane coverage of 40 galactic H II regions
is presented. The observations were made at wavelengths of 6 and 21 cm.
Of 23 well-detected H II regions, only five show compact structure and
five more can be classified as subcompact. Three planetary nebulae were
also observed.
