Activities carried out as part of a grant to study the dynamics and structure of planetary rings are summarized. The following specific topics are addressed: analysis of Saturn's central flash from the occultation of 28 Sgr; occultation observations of Uranus' lambda ring; South African Astronomical Observatory (SAAO) observations of the September 9, 1995 Uranus occultation; analysis of 28 Sgr Saturn atmospheric light curves to characterize the properties, turbulence, and energetics of Saturn's upper atmosphere; study of the structure and opacity of Saturn's rings using Voyager occultations; edge waves and librations of the Uranian rings; Saturn ring plane crossing observations from Palomar; and Hubble Space Telescope observations of Uranian rings.
