The main part of the workshop was concentrated in review talks on
gamma-ray observations starting from the MeV-region, future instrumental
capabilities, and models of potential VHE gamma-ray sources as well as
gamma-ray propagation through the intergalactic medium. Recent results
on TeV astronomy were also presented.
