The TRIUMF laboratory is building a facility for the production and acceleration of radioactive ion beams (ISAC). A key part of the experimental program will be the study of radiative capture reactions with radioactive beams in the mass 13 to 30 range. These reactions are of interest for nuclear astrophysics input to models of explosive burning, such as occurs in novae, supernovae and x-ray bursters. The DRAGON facility for measuring the products of radiative capture reactions will be described.
