Spectroscopic orbits of the early-A eclipsing system EG Ser and DN UMa (HR 4560) are obtained from Lick spectrograms. A photometric orbit of EG Ser is lacking. Uncertainty in analysis of photometry of DN UMa by García and Giménez is caused by the presence of close visual companions. Variation of light between eclipses is much less than expected from tidal distortion of the components of DN UMa.
